I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Eagle Consulting Services, a company that shamelessly engages in false advertisement to lure unsuspecting customers. My recent encounter with them was through the Christians in Action show held at First baptist Church in Fort Lauderdale. All of the promises that had been made on behalf of this show had me feeling cheated and mislead. Allow me to shed light on the deceptive practices employed by this unscrupulous company. They use the Christian faith to lure customers into investing hundreds and do not stand up to their promises.
To begin with, the claims made by Juliet in her advertisements were far from reality. However, what i and many other vendors at the trade show received was a stark contrast to these grandiose promises.
Beware of the niceness before investing your money with this company. After your money is taken, the unprofessionalism will become evident. When i reached out to address my concerns and seek resolution after the show, the representative Juliet was dismissive and unresponsive, even hung up the phone on me multiple times. She seemed more interested in deflecting blame then acknowledging her misleading advertising practices. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority and just taking money was. Really truly sad how using the Christian faith is how this company lures their customers into spending money.
I strongly advise others to exercise caution and avoid falling victim to their enticing but empty promises. It is a disheartening reminder that in todays market, not all companies operate with integrity and honesty.
