I am very glad I decided to join Ande’s ADHD group sessions. Every week I gained valuable insights, strategies for managing my ADHD, and encouragement from people that understand how difficult living with ADHD can be. Ande has done a wonderful job creating a supportive environment where all members can share their struggles without fear of judgement. I would absolutely consider working with Ande or Ryan Mayer Coaching again in the future!

I highly recommend Ande for ADHD coaching. I had plenty of challenges I was facing before I met Ande and I was able to tackle all of them with him. Overall, he listens, gives fantastic insights, asks eye opening questions, and helps you with developing systems/strategies that work for YOU. Ande is also very kind, considerate, thoughtful, compassionate, and lovely to work with. You will learn A LOT about yourself working with him.

Lastly, before I met Ande, I believed I did not need coaching. I was stubborn. After being coached by Ande, I was completely wrong. My life has changed for the better. I took a leap of faith. I thoroughly suggest taking a leap of faith with Ande!

Ande’s sessions were always well tailored to what I was struggling with at that time. He was very organised and I felt safe in sharing my issues and vulnerabilities. My biggest “aha” moment was when I realized that if I slow down, I now have a method of using my strengths to change my negative habits into something more productive. My greatest results were tackling long-standing problems such as disorganisation of my finances.
