I'm kinda surpised reading the comments left below. Only because Dynamic Realestate has been very good to me and my sons. Emma and the staff have always worked with me when having tough times, they give me the ability to be creative in my space as long as I go through the proper channels. Anytime I have needed something done , it gets done in a timely matter. This has been the first realestate I rent through and I have been highly satisfied. I have never experienced bad customer service with them. They greet me with smiles, are very loving and respectful. I think alot of folks just want things for free and/or forget to read there terms in the lease. With that being said I want to say thank you to them for always working with me and striving to give the best customer service they can.

Zero professionalism and rude. Not worth the money or stress for the type of service that you get. They “spray once a month yet there are still roaches and mice. They are supposed to give notice for maintenance visits and they don’t. I put in a work order almost a month ago and a random strange man came and was banging on my door. Didn’t announce who he was nothing. Next time the police will just be called. There are too many crazy people in this world. Office staff fully blamed me and pretty much called me a liar when I said the man was being rude. You’re not here and didn’t witness it, so you can not say what happen. Acting like it’s impossible for your people to have a bad day and be short with people. What a joke. 😂🤣😂

This company is awful! Poor business managing properties out of their area. They won't show you a rental before you pay to apply. So you basically are being taking advantage of because the lower rental prices draw you in. Please don't go through giving them your money applying, paying deposits and having to drive out of county to pick up a key to a property you have never seen! So unethical! You will be disappointed they have no accountability!

Read your lease every time you sign they love to sneak new information In on you after the first renewal that should probably be on the home page! Especially if your rent grace period is changing during these times of Covid pandemic! Then they are quick to get an attitude with you because of your valid point.

Very slow customer service. My sink has been broken for almost 2 weeks and my air is broken also. I live in my apartment with an infant that has asthma and breathing issues and all contact numbers are not correct. One of the phone numbers is for the Seminole county school board. I am a very unhappy customer. Why put that in the handbook as an emergency contact if they're all incorrect?

I feel as though the 1 star review that this company got was unfair, that gentleman should have looked into the area he was moving. The girls in this office particularly Miss Emma went above and beyond to help me! They even saved me from a pending eviction that would have ruined my life! They could have turned me away and chose to work maticuosly to help me! I would give them 50 million stars if i could!

Emma talks to you as if you're a dog. Tub knob is broken. I only took two showers since I've been there. I was told by emma it wasn't broke when you moved in. Today is Monday, Emma said someone will fix knob next week not this week. Water is leaking. Emma told me to catch that water and use it. Wow! I asked who's the owner. They told me look online. I can't find owner for cypress point. Heat wasn't working first night I moved in. It took them five days to fix heat. I haven't been in apartment 10 days😭 I'm sooo not happy!

Very poor service. I called and asked to have my a/c fixed being that I have newborns in my home and the lady(Emma) thought that it was funny. They take forever to come out and fix things and it’s always the residents to have to suffer. I would not recommend moving into any of their apartments.
