Had a little trouble with the online inspection request, partly my mistake. But I emailed at night to ask if they'd gotten it and Robin called asap the next morning. Took my info and Mr Driscoll was out immediately, preformed the inspection and provided the report the following day as promised. This was a HUD verification spection for a home purchase, so their promptness was wonderful. Highly recommend.

I spoke with the folks over at Driscoll Engineering 4 -5 times trying to an appointment scheduled for them to come out and look at my property. Each time, I was told that someone would call me back to get the appointment set up. I never heard back. At a certain point, when you feel that you are doing all of the follow up work that the company should be doing, you choose to take your business elsewhere ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They were 3 1/2 months overdue getting our 1 week project done. We paid them in June, they promised completion by October, and we didn't get the drawings until January. They lied over and over about when it would be finished throughout November and December. This set our whole project back six months, as all of our bids expired by the time they delivered, so we have to start over. I will never use Driscoll again.

Trying to remodel our house. Mr. Driscoll came out to the house and told us our walls are partition walls and not load bearing. Mr. Driscoll told us to call him if we needed anything. Called the permitting office and they told us we need a letter from an engineer stating that the walls are not load bearing. Called Mr. Driscoll and he said, "I can't remember what I had for lunch today, how am I supposed to remember your house?" LOL. And that the letter would make him legally liable. That's what we thought we were paying a professional for.  Thanks for nothing. GO TEAM DRISCOLL!
