Hired this company to put a 20x30 tarp on my house that had been hit by a large tree while my insurance company sorted it all out. I was told they were sending their best guy to do the job. He showed up driving a small car with a ladder hanging out his trunk. That was my first clue that he might not be well equipped to handle the job. Long story short, he did not bring along the tools required for the job nor the proper grade of tarp. He proceeded to nail the tarp down w/o any reinforcing wood strips along the edges to anchor it down in case of high wind or rain. As you might guess it was coming loose in less than 10 days when I had been told it would last for at least 6 months. The tarp was too thin for the job and it simply pulled out of the nails around the edges. Certainly not worth the $600 they charged. I contacted Doyen more than two weeks ago telling them the problems I am having but they have yet to respond. Just another company that once the bill has been paid you can never get their attention again. Buyer Beware!
