Nice assistant but staff (Christine) slow to get back to you. First called and then sent an email on 3/25, followed by 4/26, then 5/25 and no response. Then I called and they told me to send in more paperwork which I did on 6/10. Then I reached out 8/12, 8/22, and. 9/18 with a couple of phone messages. A bit annoyed that not one email or phone call back to say they are working on it I called and asked to give me some sort of response and nothing. I reported them to my legal plan, worst communication skills ever not professional.

Terrible communication. Only way I could get in touch with someone is calling, emailing or showing up in person multiple times. I needed help with refiling taxes from previous years and working with them only prolonged the issue. Always very friendly but never follow-up on any call back or request.

Doug is a good hearted & top notch Excellent experienced Lawyer !! and Christine is so kind hearted & sharp minded with very extensive knowledge on legal issues, but yet explaining to us those complex legal things in a very compationate & simple way that we can understand.

Unbelievably terrible.

No communication. Poor customer service. Not at all friendly or helpful. Would avoid at all costs.

I spoke with Carmine multiple times and asked if this type of service was commonplace. He said I should find another attorney. So I did.
