Doug has been a presenter at our Marriage Celebration several times, and most recently as our keynote speaker. He is fun and engaging as a speaker. At the same time, he provides depth of content, encouraging participants to think introspectively about how to make personal and interpersonal changes that create stronger relationships with those they love. I would recommend Doug to any group, especially those who work interpersonally with others.

Doug recently came to our management retreat for Wasatch Peaks Credit Union as our main guest speaker. I'm always a bit worried when it comes to guest speakers at events like this, but Doug was amazing from the first words out of his mouth. Doug had a captivating, charismatic personality and was easy to listen to. I was impressed with his initiations to each one of us in attendance prior to the presentation and how he wanted to greet and meet each one to help both him and us feel welcome and allow the communication between both sides be open and honest. Doug had our attention by not only his ability to captivate an audience in a quick hurry, but also his material, application, and ability to make us laugh by the use of magic tricks during his presentation. I walked away from his lecture with notes and ideas to improve upon myself both inside and out of work and felt that his information was useful to all in attendance. I would recommend Doug to any group of people, especially those who work interpersonally with others or oversee/manage a large group of people.
