This software is horrible the customer service is non existent-
Examples

Signing in and out: shouldn’t require more than 3 steps, passwords shouldn’t be long, you should be able to see passwords, changing passwords is impossible, customer service won’t call back

Inter face:
-is greyed out
-there is no contrast
-not intuitive it can take up upwards of 16 steps to register an item for sale in to the “cart”
-there is a break in communication between software and iPad, the key board isn’t intuitive and there is no 10 key
-the register doesn’t sink up/track with items currently being added (so if a customer purchases 10+ you will only see the first items and you have to manually scroll down
-items are listed in light grey font aprox 10pt
-To clear or add an item requires multiple steps
product library will kick you out of the search feature back to the main screen if you press search button
you cant search items via tag words
-you must manually backspace out of each step preformed when adding a product to the “cart” before adding another product to cart
-product library is in LIST form and must be accessed manually from main screen for each item
-no description or price include
-search member features doesn’t link with sales/ entry ticket-so you have to do double the work with members to get them entry tickets
-no communication between members information, guests pass, or discounts
-Advance tickets don’t work 50% and there is no search feature you have to manually search
-You have to go preform a secondary function to check in guests 70% of the time
-You have can’t apply discounts unless you go back to main screen and preform a secondary function
-Some screen frames/functions Do Not have back space button or close out button you have to exit out completely and re-enter credentials
-!!!!Cashing out/ finishing transactions are not intuitive!
-Three step process to use credit card/ often verifone doesn’t work at least once a day!
-Manual input of credit card is a daily Occurrence and their is no 10key
-Cash feature is trigger happy with no confirmation button will automatically apply cash
-no easy way to manually enter cash quantity
-display in NOT easy to read customers change back and clears after a second
-cashiers missed change back they have to use calculator and manually count back change
-However eve!!! You have to manually backspace to main screen (as done button will stay on screen)
-you have to go to main screen enter search orders to email or text receipts to customer even members (once again no communication)
-Receipts do no have change printed on them
-Receipts do not have customer information
-Receipts do not have phone number or emails for
-you have to manually backspace into the main screen for a new transaction

physical items:
-verifone is bulky and uses landline so its not portable for pop up shops, fairs, festivals…
-printer is not portable and has multiple connections (bulky)
-iPad is portable but can’t be used when wifi is down and you cant use verifone or apple pay

-Cashiers have no time to interact with customers and or members to give recommendations, suggestions or educate on items within the shop. They will lose the ability to create unique, special and elegant experiences for customers and our members

-cashiers find it taxing to hide the faults that doubleknot is providing

-SALES have gone down since implemented

HORRIBLE and Incredibly unresponsive. Takes weeks to get support on technical issues. Called and went through every single part of their phone tree and cannot get a single response.
