My experience with Smith and Valentine was my first with an attorney. Dominic Valentine was the Lawyer that represent my claim. I did not work with Mr. Smith but had the pleasure of meeting him and he is a very nice person. Dominic Valentine was great. I did not like feel I was dealing with a stock broker, meaning that I was dealing with a guy in an Armani suit trying to get all my account information. I was T-boned by a lady that took a red light. My two year old daughter and I were in the car and the impact of the crash affected us greatly. After seeking Dominic Valentines help with my case he quickly got my daughter and I into the treatment that we needed. He referred us to an awesome chiropractor. After months of treatment, dealing with a lot of pain, and an MRI of my back, my doctor determined that a surgery was needed for a herniated disc caused by the accident. This surgery was not going to be something possible because it is a very expensive surgery and I would never have been able to pay for it even if I saved all of the money that I made in a year.

Dominic made sure that I was taken care of. He made sure that I got a settlement that was fair and able to pay off the surgery that is needed for my injury. Every time that I had a question about something or I needed to speak with Mr. Valentine he would take my call or make sure to return it promptly. I was always treated with respect and was always told the truth. That is something that you don't always find when dealing with attorneys. I really could not have asked for a better outcome to something that has affected my family and I negatively.
