We have been using Digital Boardwalk for all of our company IT needs since the beginning of last year. I can honestly say that all of my experiences have been positive. From the initial onboarding, to implementing new processes to resolving everyday issues that come along with IT, it has all been handled in a very professional and timely manner. Everyone at Digital Boardwalk, that I have had the pleasure of working with, has been great to work with. They go above and beyond and always do so with a great attitude. If you are looking for an IT company for your business, you should give them a call!

Eric Rodriguez at Digital Boardwalk has to be given a 5 Star Rating! For the last couple of days I have inundated Digital Boardwalk, Pensacola with several problems that occurred that I needed help with. I was fortunate to have Eric respond to my ticket requests and he did a fantastic job taking care of all issues. This was done with professionalism and patience. He never once made me feel that I was inadequate in needing help. He explained the status as we went along and all issues were resolved. Thanks Eric!

Was sold on a hands off solution for migrating domains and email. Website was left offline and was told it was my problem. And a significant number of emails were lost. Unprofessional all around.

I have only been part of the Digital Boardwalk experience for a few months and I am AMAZED at how good the entire experience has been! I have done MANY GOOGLE reviews and this one is a pleasure to write. The service I experienced has always been fantastic from beginning to end. I heard of them simply through word-of-mouth and the more businesses I become involved in... the more I learn about how happy everyone is with them. I was hesitant... but the initial meeting / evaluation was free.... and we have never looked back!
