Paid my bill in full to Redlands Community Hospital for $619 but I keep getting a bill from this place saying is still over 300. Sounds like a scam to me. I would give them 0 stars but I cannot. I got the bank statements to prove it.

There in trouble now. Big security breach at there company and 400,000 peoples socials and addresses got leaked. They are also still trying to recover money from a hospital visit nearly TEN YEARS AGO. I’m going to pursue legal action at this time and finally sue them after this recent cyber attack and encourage everyone to do so as well. Send them a letter with the intent to sue and contact the many lawyers already wanting to fight this fraudulent company. THEY ARE FINISHED!

Rude staff but unlike most - my bill was legitimate. Very annoying though because 95% of my bill was paid by either a copay, insurance, or amounts I had been billed for and already paid. They couldn't offer any sort of discount or payment plan with more than three payments. Had to put it all on a credit card. Very frustrating that California will offer free services to anyone except people who actually have insurance and pay their bills. Also medical bills no longer affect your credit score, so at this point why even bother.

I could not even give this place a single star. First, I always pay my bills. Apparently, the hospital never finished sending me bills for the final amount of $135 out of $650 original bill and placed my account here. They called and only harassed me but never attempted to resolve my issue. After discussing it with the original creditor, it was resolved. Then this damn place refused to send me a letter acknowledging the balance was paid in full. I asked for it to be emailed or faxed to my bank and they refused. Simply they told me we will mail it and we don't mail a final letter until the customer asks for it. This is ridiculous. No help whatsoever. I don't know who all uses this place but rude, poor customer service, and unethical.Not to mention, as a business, they completely fail. The only reason I even gave them a single star was because I couldn't post this without choosing a rating. Pathetic place

Never received a single bill. Checked my credit and had 8 different open balances on my account all under $60. How can I return to your place of business 8 times and never once be told that I have an outstanding balance. Called this company to check on the matter (because the account was sent to them) and the representative was accusatory as if she knew me personally....Hello representative I called you! If I didn't want to resolve the matter or if I didn't care then I would have never called. Somebody needs some customer service training! Long story short I hung up. Enough was enough! Sadly I have to deal with them again to clear this mess from my credit.

One star is way too high! Also known as Designed Billing Solutions (same address). A hospital bill that I was making monthly payments of $100.00 on was transferred to Designed Billing Solutions. Designed Billing Solutions sent monthly bills which I returned the payment slip with a check in there envelope every month before the due date. Designed Billing Solutions bill stated that if a check was sent it was an authorization to make an electronic debit. The checks I sent also had a disclaimer that the check was not authorization for electronic debit. After accepting two payments this way the next two were never cashed. I called and was told that they never received the checks and the debt had been turned over to a collection agency. I have carbon copies of the checks. Other payments were made to other businesses by checks issued and mailed at the same time as the Designed Billing Solutions checks. They all made it to there destinations. The checks in question have never been cashed. Even with no evidence I believe the checks were received and more than likely shredded by Designed Billing Solutions as they could not make an electronic debit. Then telling me that the checks were never received. This made me look delinquent and gave them the right to transfer my account to a collection company who now is charging me 10% interest and has attached this account to my credit report as delinquent. One would think this would be illegal.

DSRI YALL are tied into the medical field breaching patients private data within the health organization perhaps Springhill Medical Facility located in Mobile Alabama. Breaching Data at Springhiall Medical Facility and Healt annd its entities. I will right home about it also.

They're a SCAM company preying on doctors and patients to pull their SCAMS. I think an audit is in order! Also know that once they buy your debt from its original source that your bill was paid, you are no longer responsible for paying it by law as they paid it for you. They are gamblers, not a legitimate business. They gamble that when they pay your bill for a discounted price that they can get you to pay the original amount to them. Just send them a Thank You card.
