I have lived in this apartment complex since 2015. I have seen many leasing office staff members come and go. Unfortunately, the manager now, Ruth, has been very difficult to work with. She and her staff are very disorganized and many people have their "hands in the pot" which makes getting things taken care of very difficult. Recently, my husband and I were to renew our yearly lease. We took all of the steps we needed to when we were notified of the lease renewal and then a month later we were told nothing had been done so we had to go through all of the steps again. We talked with three different people in order to get all of this done and Ruth, the manager, has been the last one. She is very rude and unprofessional. We have enjoyed living at this property over time but the management at this time is a huge concern.

I’ve been a resident at The Falls at Arden for almost a year now. I love that management stays in touch with all their residents by sending e-mail blasts and posting up door-to-door letters whenever there’s property renovations. On top of that, The Falls at Arden has a strong maintenance team. Our towel rack was falling apart and we anticipated the maintenance team to fix it within a week, but they took care of the issue in less than 48 hours! Also, the community gatherings with all the other residents is a lovely touch. I enjoyed Demnon Partners’ last holiday party with the horse carriage ride around the apartment complex. Plus, it helps that they’re pet friendly and allow dogs over 25 lbs to live with you. Anyways, I highly recommend leasing with them! I enjoyed interacting with all the staff!

Rocklin Ranch Apartments are pretty good, but what makes living here so invaluable are our maintainance workers. Chris & Ric have made living here these past four years so much easier as a young adult. They never make me feel bad for my bi-weekly garbage disposal issues ( they totally should lol) & they always go above & beyond explaining post maintainance care. They’ll even catch me in the parking lot & ask updates on things they’ve fixed for me. Our maintainance workers truly are the backbone that keep this complex running smoothly. Thank you Chris & Ric, you guys are the best!!

We put in some maintenance requests and Dan came out same day and got it all fixed for us. He was very nice and even called us half an hour before coming so that we could be ready for him. Thanks Dan!

I can't say much about the other reviews but Dan Calkins of Demmon Partners came through anf fixed my heater which is super important especially for this cold season. His work was quick, professional and accurate. Even followed all the safety guidelines and offered extra assistance beyond our inital request. Thanks for all of your service. All of the reps from this company put in work. We need more people like this out here. Stay up y'all

I have never in my life seen an apartment complex so unprofessional in my life. A package was delivered there by accident because I used to live at Rocklin Ranch. Not only did they give a package to the tenant that lives in the apartment that I used to live in but they won’t even help me get it back and they know it was given to the wrong person. They told me it was there and picked up by the tenant but now deny they said that they even told me that. They have a system that logs all packages and when they are delivered and picked up but now deny it was even there and will not help me. Over the phone they even told me the day the tenant came and got it and even knew it wasn’t their package and still refuse to help me. They hang up on me and deny I went there looking for my package. This place is a bunch of young kids who lie. Do not do business with this company.

I just wanted to give a "Shout Out" to Tim White at Harbor Oaks. He is timely, professional, conscientious, and honest about the service maintenance he performs at the complex. He is a breath of fresh air and always gives it his best in making the tenant satisfied. Thanks for all you do!
