When we were having a hard time selling our house, instead of letting us get discouraged and lower our price drastically, they came up with ideas that got our house sold at a great price. David and Amanda spent hours at our home making it beautiful and ready to be shown. Amanda cleaned up leaves in our entry way and did more than I’d ever image a realtor would do. Anytime I was overwhelmed or stressed with a situation Amanda would calm me down and reassure me. Both were instantly available any time of day. When I decided to sell a home that needed some work, I wanted advice from a realtor to make sure that I didn't waist money in the wrong areas. After hearing a radio add several times for the Hakimi Team, I thought I would give David a try. To my surprise, David answered the phone himself just like he said he would in his commercial. We talked about my needs and I described the house, but he said he would need to see it in person and scheduled a meeting.
After inspecting our house, David recommended specifically where and how to spend and not spend money to best prepare the property. He promised a return on my investment and top dollar for our home if I followed his advice. He also recommended affordable suppliers for cabinets and granite counter tops and even offered to go to the store with me to help pick paint colors and tile if needed. I took all his advice and started work on the project.
As time was running out for our "window of opportunity," I called David and told him things were taking longer than I had planned. He advised me where to invest my time and he went ahead and listed our house while I still had windows to finish. He assured me that this would not be a problem as long as I finish the installation before a closing. We received a full price offer in the first few days on the market.
I could not be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend David and Amanda to anyone thinking of selling or buying a home!

I can't say enough great things about David and Amanda. From the moment we met with them to discuss listing our home through the closing process, David and Amanda provided exceptional expertise and customer service. I have bought and sold a number of homes through the past 20 years and what I found so unique about David/Amanda is that they go above and beyond what you might expect from your relator. Despite missing the "window of opportunity" in the selling season, our house sold incredibily quickly and I largely attribute that to David's guidance on list price and Amanda's eye for style and the way she staged our home. We purchased our first home with David and Amanda in August 2021.

We approached David after having a bad experience with a previous realtor who was unresponsive and unprofessional. David and team, on the contrary, were extremely professional and responsive.

David helped us navigate a fierce seller's market where homes get sold tens of thousands of dollars over the asking price and on the same weekend that they are listed. David always have us his honest opinion on the home we were viewing and did not rush us into making a decision. We toured maybe 20 homes without once feeling pressurized into taking a decision. David has decades of experience which we could notice from his eye for detail, he would quickly identify potential issues by simply looking at them. He knows his way around the several communities in the north Denver metro area and he provided us with advice which helped us finally decided on where we wanted to live.

Once our offer was accepted on the home we purchased, Amanda and team made the complex closing process seem like a breeze. This was especially helpful since this is our first home. They were extremely organized and handheld us at every step to ensure we were able to meet all the closing requirements. They provided us with reliable references for lenders, inspections and such. Not once did we feel like we were on our own. Even post closing, David and Amanda continued to provide their assistance and expertise when needed.

Overall, working with David and Amanda has been a pleasure. They made our first home buying experience a delight. We will continue to work with David and Amanda for all of our future real estate needs and we look forward to referring our friends to them as well.

They gave us great references from home inspectors to mortgage loan officers. David also went the extra mile and helped us get a new appraisal for our home we were refinancing. The appraiser upped the value after seeing the comps he pulled - our loan officer said this is very uncommon and it helped us get into the house we wanted easier.
