PROFESSIONAL & TIMELY TEAM FOCUSED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! Military tax specialists, we are using them from all the way overseas and they are attentive and able to work around our schedule and our unusual situation. I love that it is veteran owned and operated. In this day and age, it is almost impossible to work with real people that's not just some foreign call center. Dustin Darcy drug his feet in filing our 2021 taxes, said he filed an extension, then filed our taxes late which cost us penalties, interest and the loss of our TABOR refund (total loss due to his incompetence, $1,768.29, not including the $400 he charged us). Do yourself and your wallet a favor and pass on this guy. He’s apparently too busy to handle simple taxes. We are going back to Turbo Tax!

Very unprofessional. Return wasn't ready when promised; I was kept waiting in lobby for half an hour and not told the person I had appt. with wasn't even there. I was given the run-around regarding questions on my return. They are as expensive as other firms and definitely not as good.
