I was referred to Danny Lemeshev almost 8 years ago by a friend. We had given him exactly one (1) week to find us a condo in the Sunny Isles Beach. He had accepted the job, and had exceeded our expectations by not only finding for us a unit in the best managed building, but also by getting us a really good deal (he convinced us to offer less that we were prepared to offer). While we were waiting for the seller’s reply, Danny was driving us around and making us familiar with the North Miami Beach area. Our initial offer was accepted - Danny knew what he was doing!
