OMG - There was so much to keep track of and Cynthia took charge and made everything happen. Anytime I had a question Cynthia had the answer or got on it and found the answer right away. From beginning to end, we first met months and many possible\suggested options before she found us just the right condo unit that matched our wants and desires perfectly.

From making an offer, negotiating, all the deadlines, inventory lists, all the way through closing. She had relationships with everyone through the process so was able to make the transitions pretty darn easy.

I live 1,300 miles away, Cynthia was my partner with her feet on the ground. She must have made a dozen trips to the unit for everything that I couldn't be there for, inspections, inventories, final walk through, even made sure the tv works.

After the sale she's still on it, when Xcel energy couldn't get the electricity turned on she was again my advocate. I still ask her for references to the various services I need as I am not in the area and I completely trust her recommendations.
