TERRIBLE experience. I went to have my taxes done. ( Ms. Elliott has been rude or
unapproachable in the past but this was the worst). Weeks before when I called her
to ask about Social Security, she lectured me that she had sent me info and I should have read it, when I
needed to cancel my appt due to a city branch falling on my car, she said, "I don't need to
hear about this", Last year I had to tell her she needed to speak to me in a proper
tone. This year I went in (I dread meeting with her since she is so grumpy and
rude) . I was told to sit down, when I looked for a chair, she raised her voice again
and said "Sit Down". I ignored her tone. In a pleasant manner I said " I need you to
use your magic so I can pay the government at the end..."(Never got to finish my statement) my taxes at the end
of the year so the gov't won't use it, rather than quarterly. She stopped me from
speaking and started screaming "I'm sick of everyone moaning about the
government". Then she leaned over her desk, in a very threatening manner, and started yelling at the top of her
lungs that this conversation was over ( She screamed 3 times, just out of control).
I tried to explain in a calm voice & she kept screaming . I needed Soc. Sec. info &
she kept screaming then she grabbed my papers and other papers on the desk and threw them at me. I sat
quietly & said "You just threw my papers at me. She ignored me and started
looking through the papers, as if nothing happened for her own that she had thrown. I was assaulted, I felt
unsafe and I left.I was alone in that office with her, no secretary, no one else. I then contacted authorities then and currently continue to do so. A few days later she wrote an apology (sort of), only after I had to call her and tell her she took my papers when she threw the contents of the folder in her unhinged state. She said she wouldn't let anyone
jeopardize her job by going against standards established (using different words).

I wrote back, "I do not accept the apology, you always act rudely, you attacked me,
I felt unsafe, and noone mentioned trump (as she said in the letter) . I stated I just
wanted help and to ask questions but she was screaming so loud that she heard
nothing. She also took my papers without my knowledge (on purpose or
accident ?) In my opinion go anywhere but this office. Probably the most unprofessional experience I've ever had.HORRIBLE !!!
