This company and the service that they provide seemed to be exactly what I needed to help me get my credit card debt under control. Katherine F. was very friendly, helpful, and extremely patient with me while I asked like 20 questions to make sure I understood what she was telling me. I would definitely recommend this company for anybody that is seeking help and hopefully you get to speak with Katherine because she's definitely knew what she was talking about and was very helpful in helping me decide what I actually needed to do. They are great, but not via email, no one EVER responds. I would sometimes wonder if they went out of business and if my payment was truly going towards my committed amount. I was with them for 6 years and very rarely (if ever) would someone respond via email. Now if they email you, they expect an immediate response.
