I LOVE CrossFit Mafia! It’s immaculately maintained, you could eat off the floors. They have great equipment and best coaching. Brentnie is an excellent coach and really pays attention to athletes and makes sure they are doing the movements safely. It’s challenging but welcoming. Great crowd. Nothing but great things to say about CrossFit Mafia!

Absolutely LOVE Crossfit Mafia! The coaches are exceptional—dedicated to proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and, most importantly, ensuring you maintain correct form to prevent injury. The workouts are fun yet challenging, and the coaches and community consistently push you to achieve goals you never thought possible. The atmosphere is unmatched—everyone welcomes you with open arms and cheers you on every step of the way. I never imagined I’d be excited to wake up at 5:30 a.m. for a workout, but Crossfit Mafia has made it happen!

CrossFit Mafia! This gym, it’s not just a gym, it’s a community! By far the BEST community I’ve ever experienced. You’re truly family when you come here. The coaches are second to none—they make sure form is correct, they push you to be better and stronger every workout and they know how to DJ! The gym itself is always so clean!

I want to give a shout out to Coach Christina at Mafia. There is lots to like about Coach Christina. The first thing you notice is the joy she brings to the gym. Great energy! She’s knowledgeable about the work and demonstrates each movement expertly. Christina works with you where you are that day, which not only makes the workout safe, but effective as well.
And a word about the gym. I’ve been a member for 2 years. Started when I turned 70. It’s a great community. The gym is well equipped and always well maintained. The coaching staff is top notch. Welcoming to everyone from the kids to the graybeards like me. If you are looking for a home in the fitness world check it out. Make the investment in your health. It is the best investment you’ll ever make.

Mafia has given me so much. I don't feel like I can write a review that truly expresses that. I started not knowing I would make friends who have become almost family to me. It has given me the routine to make myself not only stronger but mentally happier. I look forward to going to the gym daily to see my friends and push myself farther. It also helped with the physical therapy I have had to do after getting injured last year. The staff made sure to watch my form and check in with me daily to see how the movements were feeling for my knee. The coaches are fun and have a ton of knowledge of what each individual needs to help them in their current state of life. I understand why people call it addictive, the support you get from all the members and staff is like being on a team again, but a team made up of all ages and sizes. They lift you up on a bad day and celebrate you when you succeed.
