I have had the privilege to travel the world visiting gyms through my career and have to say CrossFit Erie qualifies as a world class facility. The owner Rachel has tremendous knowledge, professionalism, and most importantly has a genuine care for every member of the gym. All the coaches are phenomenal and it’s incredibly convenient that you can access the gym 24 hours to do your own thing anytime. They constantly run monthly challenges to push you in the right direction and building community is a major way to see improved results in any fitness setting so please don’t hesitate to go check them out to see if it fits your health and fitness needs.

I recently relocated to Erie and was eager to connect with like-minded individuals. Upon discovering CrossFit Erie, I was immediately impressed by its proximity to my new home. After my first visit, I knew this was the gym for me and the community I wanted to be a part of. Four months into my membership, I can confidently say that my experience has been exceptional. The coaches are not only highly knowledgeable but also approachable and supportive. The members are equally encouraging, fostering a consistent and motivating atmosphere. I’ve been a member of CFE and CBVCF since August 2024 and I have zero complaints. CFE is on the smaller side, but doesn’t lack in equipment or coaches. CBVCF is large with many options other than CrossFit (machines etc..). The ownership and the coaches at both facilities are excellent. Both great for any level of CrossFit. Give them a try!

We have folks of all strength levels and backgrounds, some who are tenured CrossFit gym rats and also newbies alike (I’m still pretty new), all treated equally with respect.
