Just have to say, Brittany is awesome! While searching for an accountant to help me with my new business last year, I was quite hesitant that I could find someone to meet my needs. I had already tried several other accountants, but either they didn’t follow through, or they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. When I first met Brittany, on the other hand, I could tell she knew what she was doing, and I felt like she was on my side. She gave me peace when she explained her expertise and how her services worked. Fast-forward almost a year later, and I still feel exactly the same and better. She has met my every expectation and has a great team of people who work with her to meet all my accounting and payroll needs, answer all my panicked emails, and continue to reassure me that they always have my back. She is flexible and easy-going, but a hard-worker and very thorough and detailed which you want in an accountant! I could not be happier with Crippen, but especially Brittany.
