My wife and I have rented from Cridom for years. We stayed for years at Le Cartier. We have always found the condos to be exactly as described. They are always clean and quiet. They have a nice pool and also laundry rooms on each floor for your convenience. The condos are also very safe. No one can enter the building without a fob or meeting someone staying there. Both properties are convenient to Publix, Walgreens, CVS the beach and many fine restaurants.

We’ve recently started staying at Marina Bay Club. It is on the water and is a great spot to stay. It is the nicer of the two properties mentioned but the extra money for rental is well worth it. Beautiful units with the water view can’t be beat.

The team at Cridom has always been so helpful at each step of our rentals. They will do everything they can to make sure you have an enjoyable experience.

Three of us stayed at one of their two bedroom
properties in April 2024. The place was clean, spacious, and ideally located 5 minutes walk from the beach. Cridom was very responsive and able to solve any of our requests within an hour. Special shout out to Jacqueline who consistently helped us during our stay. Overall a great experience, apartment, and management company who made our stay in sunny Florida even that much better!

Rented a condo in Marina Bay for a week...They were great to deal with...Condo was in a great location close to the beach & very clean.

Had an ugly experience with Cridom in the middle of this September 2017. And I've rented with them before, so things have gotten worse.

1. Was staying day-to-day in Marina Bay Club. Never received money for one day I didn't stay. Messaged the manager Dominic Despres several times and that guy is evidently too busy to reply. His assistant Joselyn doesn't seem to know anything. Rates were pretty high too so I was out about $200 they never refunded.
2. Apartment was not well kept- one bathroom for some unknown reason smelled like sewer out of the drain and smell never fully went away- had to keep a window open otherwise it built up. When I had guests over that was an unpleasant conversation starter.
3. Showers had no hot water- water was just warmer than room temperature, which was frustrating since I enjoy hot shower after a gym.
4. I was given a room on the 3rd floor which has a huge balcony, but it's not separated so had very little privacy- anyone who walks up to a 3rd floor can just walk into the apartment.
5. Pool was shot down all week for maintenance.
6. There is a billiard/creational room but only owners could use- guest FOBs evidently do not work there.
7. View was nice, but that's about it.
