We are extremely glad we found Leo. He was more than helpful. He made himself available immediately, on a late Friday afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about our particular situation. He solved our tax crisis quickly, and efficiently. We struggled with communication with this group for the time we worked with them. We found someone who is more personal and knows us at least on a superficial level which gives us some comfort. Tax season for us is only once a year, so we are not looking for friends, but we just could not get through to this group on even which email was viable. Time sensitive items would sit in a box they had been told not to use. There seems to be a big disconnect from what they promote. I 'met' Leo through a video conference & it seemed like the best choice at the time.
