Do not use this company. They are terrible. Noone gets back to you. I had a document that needed to be served, they said the address was wrong. I realized I didn't put the NW, entirely my fault, so I sent them the correct address in September. Its now November 25th and I call them every week and they tell me someone is going to call me back and never calls me back. Very rude and unprofessional when you call them out. Beware,they will take your money and not do the job.

Served the eviction but waited 10 days to return proof of service to the court. Finally he filed it electronically which caused further delay as the proof did not appear where clerk of court could verify it so I could file the second part of the eviction. I called him multi times but only got promises to get it filed. Worse service ever besides being rude.

Excellent job and done in one day. I needed to serve someone in West Palm Beach, FL. They served the individual in less than 24 hours. I was extremely pleased and highly recommend them.

The Courtesy staff was very professional and proficient throughout our working relationship. Their efforts to serve the person that I am taking to court were diligent and effective. The person that I am serving was extremely elusive. However, Jerry and his team were able to find and serve him using their specialized methods and responses. I have high praise for this company and would definite recommend them to my friends, family, and peers.

Stay away! Hired this company to serve process on an individual. Had both the business address and the residential address. They basically took my money and I never heard from them again unless I called them, in which case they would always say that they would look into it and call me back. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. It's been 2 months now.

These people are straight up ignoring our emails and calls for an affidavit on a job that we sent 3 weeks ago. Extremely unprofessional. You will be able to get someone that actually cares about your jobs elsewhere. This is on the Celacu Radu case.
