Attended a meeting at the Vocational Rehabilitation Center. This center helps re-introduce disabled people to the work force. I'm going through the process now and it will take a minute, but I'm told it's absolutely worth it when you're done with the process and back to being productive and making money! And he just got out of Chris. How do you like that? Mr smarty Pan

One of the places here at Counsel Square is the Social Security Administration. I called this office on February 28 to ask for 1099s for myself and my mother. Last week, I received my 1099, but mom's wasn't here yet. I waited a few days, but still nothing. I called yesterday and waited on the phone about fifteen minutes. I had my doctors appointment a little south of their office. So, I hung up and came to the office in person. After about 30 minutes, I left with mom's 1099. There still had our old address from Maryland after telling the person I talked with was no longer owned by us. Hopefully, after today, I think that address is history. I guess we will find out next year.

Went to social security office. I'm handicap and had to walk over from restaurant to park. There was about 30 government cars that was parked in all the front spots leaving no where for customers to park except far away over 300 ft. Not good for someone who is handicap. This isn't first time I've had this happen here

Went to the Social Security office for follow up with a disability claim. They have security on the premises and facial masks are required. They still follow COVID-19 guidelines for Federal buildings. The wait time was within an acceptable range and helpful with my questions.

The worker in the booth at the Social Security office told me and a friend that that IRS has nothing to do with our social security numbers. I believe they need to train their workers a bit better. We all know you have to put your social security number on your IRS forms.

The best kept secret building in Pasco County is The Social Security Administration office! It is located there for those of you who will need to know that! The signage is not visible from Little Rd. The GPS system still has yet to be updated as the SSA relocated to this new office 5 weeks ago. Still uncertainty lurks throughout the parking lot because the layout is anything but clear! Without a doubt this plaza has 3 large buildings visible as you drive up to them. The sign directs you with an arrow pointing left to a nondescript building. Upon arrival there was No sign stating The Social Security Admin. Office inside. Other legal entities were identified. So the Problem: when you get to the entrance there is NO sign to confirm you are indeed at the correct building. My friend drove me since my poor vision prohibits my driving anymore. Her vision is not impaired and she could not find it either. We were asking one person after another if we had arrived at the correct building with each one responding with the same confusion we were experiencing! Frustration beyond words! I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment. Someone must rethink the signs there and figure out that everyone needs to see a sign saying The Social Security Administration!!! Everything .gov is on Government Drive or Citizens Drive. They have signage stating who occupies each office and is visible from the road in a moving car! When heading northbound on Little Road as each of those is on the righthand of the street. But no, not the Counsel Professional Center and the SSA, they are tucked away behind businesses seen on Little Road hidden by buildings and trees on the left side of the street going southbound! I am confounded as to why there were no signs to indicate "Turn here for The SSA". There is a red-light there. How hard would that have been to do? Seriously? I felt like saying to my friend Whose on first and her replying exactly as in that Laurel and Hardy comic routine!
