I paid about $2,000 to have my air conditioner fixed 2 months ago. It broke down on me and left me stranded near the shop. They were nice enough to work on my vehicle until 10:30 at night and then came to pick me up from my hotel and take me back to the shop. They only asked $635 for the job, even with after hours on a Friday night. There's a reason that they have so many good reviews here on google, they do a good job for a fair price and take care of their customers.

Our sway bar broke on the highway as we were heading home from Orange Beach to Missouri. They stayed open on a Friday evening waiting on our car to get towed there. They got us up and running so we could get home. Much appreciation and many thanks to them for their gratitude and service!

I broke down in the middle of Alabama. Literally nothing around except this small town of Winfield. Couch Service Center was there to help out, even though I got my car to them hours after they closed. They even offered to take me back to Atlanta the next day, if I had no one to come pick me up. I will be grateful for them, even though they weren't the ones to service my car.
