I do not have enough words to describe how amazing our experience was working with Mr. Couch while he represented my husband in a self-defense case. Mr. Couch was very professional and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process of our case. He took his time after hours to sit down with my husband and I and explain the entire process and help ease our fears while going through the process. He was very knowledgeable and skilled in the case he represented my husband in. I could not have asked for a better attorney and would highly recommend him! I echo most of the reviews of Mr. Couch. I scored out to 75 years and was blessed to have him as my lawyer. This was 8 years ago. I sit back sometimes and think about everything I've done since my trial. Been married 5 years. Road trips. You know moments you cherrish in life. I owe all of it to Mr. Couch. Mr. Couch is one of the very best lawyers in this town!! He is honest , very respectful , gets right down to business, and will always do the best he can no matter what.. I normally would tell you I don't like a lawyer bc they suck us dry and they normally are the ones who makes out on your misfortune... mr couch has always been up front and truthful.. All I can say is bravo Mr. Couch. You represented me in a dui case in which I was pulled over just inside the escambia county line by an off duty, out of jurisdiction civilian utilizing police equipment to conduct an illegal traffic stop. It happened aseveral months after hurricane Ivan hit. I can remember the questions you asked the officer and I remember watching him get red in the face and stammer his answera and the judge dismissing the case. It was only a preliminary hearing. I know drinking and driving is not cool and I was in the wrong as far as that goes, but as far as how you handled the court system was impressive to say the very least. And I have not driven under the influence since that time. My name is Jesse Bohlman. And I would recommend Mr Couch to anyone needs a criminal defense attorney.

I hired Mr. Couch to do what he was sworn to do by giving representation free from bias. I also expect my attoney to do whats best for his client without "fear of offending state officials" do you want a lawyer who fears the system? No thats a public defender. Trust me when I tell you that he had no problem accepting my hard-earned money but in a case in which we hadnt filled out a retainer agreement he bailed because of difference of opinion and kept my money.
