This is a review of the trailer park and the town the town and the trailer park have gone downhill worse than I've ever seen it in 40 years the owner of the trailer park is long as he can make profit decided they would be good thing to let construction site oil field site skid houses be next to residential housing and the amount of crime drugs noise music people threatening others if they speak out about the lawlessness that is a daily morning and nightly occurrence the amount of trash blown around dogs are running around constantly barking the trail park is the worst I've ever seen in 40 years but as long as the owner makes a profit by letting the skid houses in next to residential and regular housing I guess that doesn't matter right another thing for those thinking of moving to right might want to be aware of the amount of drugs crime people riding their motorcycles ATVs on the sidewalks through your yards children riding motorcycles on public streets speeding with no helmets constant loud music loud exhaust systems people reporting theft of items from their property and so much more this town is very lawless we have zero law enforcement and if you see a crime they expect and have been for a long time the citizens to be the eyes and ears and called it in every single time because there is not any cops at patrol and or around right at all. Even though it is not the job for the citizens to enforce the laws which is absolutely a bunch of BS and it's been an ongoing problem for a long time and when they do hire cops they're only to patrol on the highway and leave the town lawless and leave law enforcement up to the citizens after 40 years it's gotten so bad I can't wait to move out of town and put all this behind me it's no longer as safe enjoyable and friendly town to live in we have a bunch of outsiders that have moved in over the years and if you mention any of the things that I mentioned in this posting they tell you to f off move out if you don't like it quit being a crybaby and all sorts of other derogatory names and at times threats and being how the town is close to mine sites the cancer rate over many years has been very high I've known at least 25 to 35 people that have passed over the years very unfortunately of course the town was built on horrible soil so there isn't one New or Old object that doesn't have a crack housing drywall homes sidewalks roads everything in town pretty much has cracks on it and even when a home is built correctly a newer home things eventually will become untrue and have cracks all over so between the unhealthy air the lawlessness the noise the crime having any structure you live in or on either has or we eventually have cracks in the structure and the trash everywhere and having zero law enforcement to enforce the laws and make the town a safe and peaceful place to live I absolutely would not recommend moving or living here at all of course people come here strictly for the work or employment it's no longer the nice peaceful small population Town it used to be back in the 80s and into the 90s.

It's a nice quiet park. Mostly housing for the oilfield, but locals do live there also. The roads can be a bit rough and narrow in places so it's appreciated when people drive slowly and watch out for kids and animals.

I would never recommend these people they never give you time off day and always demand way more than you should give them and if one person has a sob story they believe them over the truth if I could I’d give them zero stars. On top of all that the property’s are very poorly maintained and did I mention that they would find anyway to make you pay more than what you should? I heavily do not recommend renting or otherwise interacting with this property management!

Lived there for a few months management was always rude. They are really picky about the yards or properties in general “ I kind of expected that” they mowed my yard while I was at work and charged me 350$ when my yard wasn’t bad at all told me my pickup wasn’t nice enough to be parked in my driveway wanted me to get rid of it. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Terrible customer service for sure when you plow a bunch of snow in front of my mother's car knowing that she is very sick ...if EMS gets called how are they going to safely be able to transport her to the hospital?!?! You people need Jesus for sure!! I am glad she's going somewhere else soon ....you will be sued if anything happens to her

Safe but expensive and very thin walls. Traffic is easily audible and lots of creaking makes it difficult to sleep sometimes.
