THIS IS THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER LIVE AT. The entrance gate has been wide open and broken for WEEKS and NO ONE has fixed it. A MAJOR security concern as things get stolen quite frequently. To add to it, they towed my own car which will cost $400 for no reason. They know how/what my car looks like and that it belongs to a person that lives here at the property with the appropriate pass. There is one security guard that likes to practice whatever power they think they have over here. I have seen multiple cars on multiple occasions that have parked in spots without displaying the appropriate permit/pass and nothing happens to them. This is usually during some time in the first half of the week so whoever works then is at fault. DO NOT LIVE HERE THIS PLACE WILL NOT MEET ANY EXPECTATIONS!

I have really loved living here. The HOA has been very attentive, the place is beautifully taken care of and most of the people I have met have been great. The car speeding has much improved since they put in the rubber speed bumps. But once in a while I will notice that one of the student rentals will party and be noisy past 10pm. Other than that, I feel safe and happy here.

The hoa is terrible. Parking is horrible here and they towed my car by accident! I was late to work then by the time they cleared it up it was 3pm and they said you have to be there by 5 to pick it because we are only reimbursing the initial tow so I missed 4 hrs total. No apology just a fight to not have to pay for their error. Hoa will treat you like a criminal when you talk to them. Also you will be dealing with partying college kids on a nightly basis. I thought about buying here, glad I rented first or I'd need to be treated for depression after spending 400k plus to live in what felt like a prison.

I have lived here for about 3 years and I just like many of the other non college students that lived here, have had to deal/ignore what goes on here on a daily basis. Countless beer cans, caps, bottles found in bushes, side walks the street every morning. Loud parties at all times with several people walking around the neighborhood yelling and being drunk. The problem is that these condos are being rented out to 4 or 5 college students which leads to the ginormous parking issues that we have. Security might as well be non existent, several times I have walked the neighborhood looking for one only to find out they are inside a parked car. I have had my trash cans stolen, my Amazon, UPS and other packages stolen from my front door. An off duty police officer actually caught the guy in the act and detained him long enough for the police to arrive...once again no security guard. Finally the new HOA is a complete joke, all these problems that go on and they are focused on people who have nice plants on their balcony or who use their guest pass twice a week (apparently that's a frowned upon). I would recommend other placed for your residential needs, I sure am.
