Cool Realty has managed 3 of my properties across Jax and Orange Park for several years. I work closely with Angela Cool often; she is responsive and keeps my properties rented and operational. The portal is very user friendly to track contracts, rents, and maintenance orders. She also has a large network of contractors that helps keep the properties in great condition. If it wasn't for cool realty, I probably would of sold the properties because being a land lord is a headache while living in another state. Instead they have helped me keep my properties and get a yearly cashflow out of them while I work my regular career. Win Win.

Angela is so great to work with ! We were looking for a rental and it has been really hard to deal with some of the realtors due to bad communication and she was so on top of things . I highly recommend her if you are need of help with anything - renting or buying ! This process has shown me that it’s not always easy to find someone who makes the process seamless but Angela is the best !
