CAM inc. Is a wonderfully caring company. They actually follow the law and pay attention to the bylaws. They are quick to return calls and explain situations fully. The owners genuinely do their best and have hired a great staff. Their costs are competitive. I would recommend CAM highly.

I’ve never experienced such a horrible situation with an HOA management company before. I want to sell my home and I’ve had input from realtors that I probably won’t get the full value due to rental homes on my street that are not being kept properly. When I addressed this issue with this management company- instead of handling it properly, they sent my email to one of the renters I was complaining about. I know this because I got an email from this stranger telling me to come over and chat with him. Now, I feel unsafe. There are so many problems with this organization. It’s impossible to state them all. But what I do know is that after this neighborhood is at 90% capacity, we have the ability to change property management companies. I probably won’t be living here at that point, but I am sure that will happen. I haven’t talked with single neighbor that has anything good to say about these people. I will probably be reprimanded for making this post. They are vengeful. If they try to retaliate in someway, I will just make another post here about it. I may have to hire a lawyer.

This company is so unorganized. They finally started offering a wat to pay online last year. But the site is useless. You can't go back and see a record of what you paid and it doesn't send a confirmation email either. I called and spoke with Kurt on 3/1/22 and asked what my balance was for 2021. He just gave me the general annual amount after having me wait for about 10 minutes. Smh! Well, duh I know that. He had no knowledge of an online payment I made in September and advised that he would need to check with Terrie and call me back. He wasn't even aware that they started offering the online options last year. He was like I think that came out this year. Smh again! We received a letter dated 8/26/21 advising that we could now pay online. He was about to hang up and I said are you going to ask for my number. Thats when he said its on the caller id. He had no intentions of calling me back. This association is terrible.

This place is an absolute joke, and I say that to be nice. I have had an issue that is actually destroying my property and my morale in my house as I’m not able to enjoy my yard due to this “management companies” complacency and laziness. I’m pretty sure it shouldn’t take a year to break ground on an issue. No wonder the rating is what it is.

If you are considering hiring this disorganized group to manage your property, please look for another company. CAM should change their name to BAD.

Do not return phone calls, will not disclose documents on where funds are allocated, do not show proof of any bids or quotes for Services provided but charge fictitious dollar amounts for services to HOA property.
