I had a horrible experience with this business. They don't have a CPA in their staff. I brought my tax information on February 20th. I understand Sandee suffered a lost in her family. The last email I received from her was March 8th requesting "Birth dates on all, and are there any Court documents on claiming the Step Children?". I assumed it was the children imformation she needed so I sent all the information for my children. I sent her a follow up email on March 10th. No answer.

I called yesterday March 13th and the "accountant" said she will call me by the end of the day with a resolution. I didn't receive a call.

I finally went there today and they just gave me the information I provided her. I asked "did she file it?" They said "I don't know, do you want to speak to her?". I said "yes" and Sandee came out telling me she didn't receive my personal information (social security number and date of birth). Those are things that she should've asked during the first meeting. Also I mentioned that she didn't amswer my email after I sent her the information for my children on March 8th. She just said to take it somewhere else. Very unprofessional and NOT COMPETENT at all.
