What an amazing team! From the initial recruitment process to the onboarding phase, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, support, and kindness. Shannon, my recruiter, ensured the entire recruitment process was seamless and frustration-free. She was incredibly reliable and supportive, and I felt well-prepared for each conversation with the hiring team.

Jessy, my HR/Ops specialist, has also been a tremendous help. She has been highly responsive and quick to resolve any issues (stemming from my end!), making the onboarding process straightforward and easy to navigate.

Justin at Compass was a big help in moving me forward in my professional career. He helped find a good paying temp job at Genentech and another job at a consultant firm. Justin was really responsive to calls and emails. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have been able to move up to the status where I'm at. As always I was fresh out of college and had limited experience. The temp jobs didn't last long but I knew that going in. They did promise me to pay $150 per month for use towards my personal Healthcare. Long story short when I asked about they gave me some excuse not to cover it.
