I noticed that the HOA's board like this company but the HOA owners don't. I am a owner so I fall in the category where I do not like this company. I can believe the ex employee comments regarding how they are train to say the manager is not available because that is the message I get all of the time, and of course THE MANAGER NEVER RETURNS CALLS. NEVER IN OUR 4-5 YEARS HERE DID SHE RETURN A CALL. it is so frustrating and we are not complainers. We are simply trying to keep our pond presentable but yet we are ignored by the manager and our president is no better. Now we have a pipe laying in the pond in front of our house. The manager does not respond to our calls to explain this to us. We don't bite. Is the manager the owner of this company? I now understand why the State is starting to make laws to protect owners against their HOA's.

This is a property management company that oversees many HOA's in the area.
We have had an ongoing issue for more than 2 years, and nothing gets done about it, even contacting the president of our HOA does no good. There's an island of overgrown foliage on Club Manor Drive, between 337 and 335.
Staff is always friendly, but never any progress, even with the manager.

Wish I could leave 0 stars for these unresponsive thieves!! I moved from one of their neighborhoods in July 2022. In January 2023 my HOA dues were taken out. It is now end of February. I have called, emailed, been promised a manager is resolving several times. NOTHING!! I will be filing fraud with my bank on March 1. Do not do business via phone, only email so you have a paper trail. BEWARE!!!!!!!

My bumper got stuck in their parking lot due to their negligence. The metal rod was not secure to the ground and caught on to my bumper causing it to rip from my car. I cannot use my car and their company is aware of this yet not one manager has gotten in contact with me. Instead, I have to call their office and only get to speak with the front staff who are messengers. This is a parking lot where there are medical offices in and high risk for someone to trip on this and get injured. There are not taking responsibility for this and have asked for me to go through my personal insurance when it is their fault. I have tried contacting the manager through email and telephone and they will not respond. Again, they are aware of the urgency and that I have no functional car right now. I emailed them on Friday and I have yet to get a response.

Finishing up our first year managing our HOA. They've done a good job handling all the issues and dealing with resident needs. Monthly financial statements are thorough and accurate. We will be continuing our relationship with them.

They will overload their front desk employees with unrealistic amounts of work. Front desk employees are literally told to tell clients that they are always unavailable so that the boss can pick and choose if or when they actually want to get back to their clients. They often do not get back to their clients leading to frequent upset clients & calls. Would not recommend.

HOAs are garbage, and so are the people who run them. Got a notice stating "excessive potted plants." They literally all fit in a 2foot radius around the tree in the front yard.. if you are apart of and support this type of control over other people's lives, you need to evaluate yourself.

Worst management company! They charge the maximum amount allowed by the law for an estoppel which takes less than a minute to print on the computer!!! They offer no discount and will not consider any discussion. They are in it to make money and that is their sole purpose, they do nothing for the communities they manage, oh wait, they do they their FEES!!! Don't be fooled, don't use them....again, WORST EVER!
