I have used Colorado Hi-Tech in multiple healthcare entities since 2001. They are knowledgeable, fair, very responsive, pleasant to work with and I trust them to do what's best for our business. Their expertise is truly second to none!! I still work in healthcare and they are constantly concerned about security, always recommending better ways for us to stay secure. I am dedicated to a particular "tech team" at Colorado Hi-Tech which is awesome because the entire team are all familiar with our business and how our IT is set up. It's a great concept because it allows us to get taken care of in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal downtime. I can't say enough about Colorado Hi-Tech - I highly recommend them.

Colorado Springs Pediatric Dentistry has been working with Colorado Hi-Tech Solutions for at least 5 years. They installed the computer system and phone system at all 3 of our locations, 2 of which were from the ground up. Anytime we have a question or issue, they make us feel like we are their top priority. They are understanding of the fact that we are not always familiar with IT terminology and they are always patient & professional when offering their assistance. In short, their team is exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company to manage their IT/Phone Systems or to anyone that does not feel their current provider is meeting their expectations!
