Update 11/10/21, I received a call with a valid reason of why I never received a call. They were very nice and scheduled an appointment with me. I am very glad they reached out! I have now updated my rating to a 5 star.

Don't expect any of the services listed to be provided. Completely expect to be belittled and harassed by some grumpy man because he doesn't want to be bothered to listen to someone for 3 seconds.

Not very helpful at all at Collin county office. I had a simple question about loan qualification and they wouldn't answer a simple question without setting up an appointment for a week later. I called the Denton county office and there they took the time to answer my simple question on the phone and were a big help. Night and day difference between Collin county and Denton county offices.
