I have used Tax Professionals in the past and the experience was less than pleasant so I started doing my taxes on my own. The owner didy taxes but I had questions later she went slapped crazy on me the most disrespectful, horrendous attitude I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She sent nasty text messages and a voice messages saying she does Not like to talk on the phone. Wow AN I didn't get to even ask her what I needed.
