WOW, WOW, WOW!! AMAZING service! These guys were so nice and did such a great job!! They definitely went above and beyond and even cleaned up after themselves when they were done with the job!! JaNay who we made the reservations and payment with was seriously the nicest human I have ever talked to! I'm thoroughly impressed with this business and will definitely use them again and again when needed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They were at my doorstep in 1 hour and I couldn't be more pleased! Just had my water heater bust, dumping 20-30 gallons in one of the bedroom closets and half the room on a Saturday afternoon. After a quick Google search for emergency water extraction, Coastal out of Lynn haven just happened to be the first company I called. After I talked to the answering service, they put me right through to Alan, the owner. In 1 hour, Cody the tech was calling me and in my driveway. Cody got right to it and brought in the water claw!
I was very impressed with Cody's professionalism and attention to safety and detail. Having experience with carpet cleaning, personally, I watched him do an outstanding and thorough job. They loaned us a utility fan for under the carpet and the biggest dehumidifier I've ever seen. Now, I hope I get as lucky finding someone to fix my water heater! Thank you, Coastal and Cody!

Great company fast friendly and thorough ! Had a water heater spring a huge leak water everywhere my brother called them less then a hour they showed up got it cleaned up and fans and dehumidifier going. Would highly recommend !

Had to be called back because they forgot a return vent after we asked him 3 times. Sent pics to the office and she had them come right back. Their suggestion was to wait outside while they blasted a microbial spray through system.....came back in and one employee was washing up in our kitchen sink. Wash your hands, yes...not your arms. He was cleaning out equipment in our kitchen sink as well. Did not feel good about that. Furnace room was left messy and filter was never changed. Thought that would have been part of the process. For $475+ not real happy.

We received a coupon to Coastal and decided to use them for our move-out carpet cleaning. We have a pretty decent size townhouse with the entire upstairs being carpeted. They did one pass and spent maybe thirty minutes total on the carpets. It should have taken at least an hour. We have since failed our move-out inspection due to the carpet, have had our security deposit withheld, and have had to make two trips BACK to the property to take care of missed stains. And the thing of it is, they're coming right up. If the carpets had been cleaned correctly and adequately, we wouldn't be going through the headache we're going through now. I do NOT recommend Coastal.

I rented my home out to new tenants and my girlfriend recommended Coastal. Big mistake. I paid over $300 to have the tile and carpet cleaned. While I was filling out paperwork the technician was in my bathroom. I walked back to see how clean the tile was(it was not) I asked him if he was letting chemical soak on the tile. He said that room was done! In like 4 min? Wow! My girlfriend showed him dog urine stains that needed to be cleaned.

We paid the bill and left trusting that we had a professional doing the job(big mistake).

I returned hoping to see beautiful tile and carpet. When I walked in I could not believe that the grout still had dark spots and you could still see the outline of where my couch was where the tile was new looking.

So I brushed that off and in one carpeted room I could still smell dogs. I brushed that aside as well and left.

I called my new tenant and asked if everything was going ok. He replied yes except one of the rooms smelled like dogs so he hired a carpet cleaning company to come over. They did a black light test and found dog urine spots. So they applied enzymes and re cleaned all of the carpeted rooms.

I had to offer to lower his first months rent for paying a carpet company to re clean what Coastal had done.

It gets worse, don't believe these reviews about a local family owner that cares about their customers. I called Coastal and told them my complaint. I was told twice that the owner was in a meeting but would call me. I never got a phone call!!

This is not about money for me, I am not hurting. This is about paying a company good money in good faith, getting a rushed crappy job done, and having to pay another company to come behind them to re do it. Even so my tile is not even clean I could have done better with some bleach and a scrub brush.

Don't believe me, my tenant has a bill where he paid another carpet company to come in and re clean all of my carpet!!!!

Been using Coastal for years. They really are the best. It's owned by a local family and they really care about customers. Took care of my mothers home too. Did a great job. She loved the free tote and goodies they left at the house too.
