HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!! Can never reach anyone in the office when you call, or leave a message… you are told the accountant is always “out of the office.” We dropped our taxes off 3 months ago & still nothing was done. Finally, we just picked everything up & took it all elsewhere. Very disappointing & frustrating to say the least.

I have never experienced such horrible business. We have multiple companies we had Coastal Accounting doing a return for. We gave our stuff to Robert in April and he spent all year telling me he’ll have our stuff done this week or next week. Well I finally got fed up with hearing that and told him I needed it now (now being DECEMBER) for him to say he’ll drop off our documents and our new CPA can handle it from here! Horrible business! Horrible communication! Horrible experience overall. Do NOT use this company.

We recently switched to Robert for all of our bookkeeping and we’re so glad we did. We had a lot of issues with our previous firm and Robert made the transition seamless.
