COACH Outlet

When I walked in the store, I was not greeted. The associate was in a full conversation with another guest. She looked me dead in the eyes and turned her head. The manager walked over to me and greeted me. I asked her do associates normally greet guests? She said they did and apologized for the associate’s behavior. I shopped the store and decided to just get the item I came for and nothing else. I’ve never had that experience at any of the numerous Coach locations that I’ve frequented. I will not ever come back again.

I'm from out of town and this was my first experience at an actual coach store despite a few years of collecting. Allie was an awesome associate. She was super nice in assisting me and other customers. She answered all my questions and helped me find an absolute score of a bag! What a great store and find Allie if you want a great experience!

My family and I often make the Coach store one of our stops when we come over from Pensacola so we were excited to last night. Unfortunately, when we walked in no one greeted us, offered to help us, or even smiled. They just all stood there watching us and staring at us. These employees definitely did not make me want to swipe my card and spend what I usually spend in this store. For the first time in years, I walked out empty handed which is such a shame.

My favorite Coach Outlet. Staff is helpful not pushy. They carry larger sizes for men also! The store is split between men's & women's. Always a good deal!

Sally was amazing, she helped daughter pick out the perfect wristlet. Sally was very patient, and attentive, helping her pick out just the right priced item to invest in. The sales lady added the year warranty. My daughter took it out the bag and loaded it up before we pulled out the lot. She was happy with her on sale purchase.

This coach outlet was so awesome. The store was so nice and organized while the worker was so willing to help. Me and my aunts came in which can be overwhelming with some because we are a group of 6. Also the biggest shout out goes to Allie who was so patient at the register with helping with my tanger coupon

All the great deals that you would usually find in a coach outlet, but in one place. I picked up a sweet cream colored backpack that is sure to turn heads in the airport.
