I called the office to make an appointment. Spoke to a woman named Alexis. She made me an appointment with someone named Portixia. I dropped my paperwork off on a Wednesday and one week later still have not heard from them. When I called to inquire the first time I was told she was not available to speak to by Alexis. When I called the second time, one week later, I was told she was not available again. I then politely stated I was going to be picking up my paperwork and was hung up on by Alexis. I arrived a few moments later and retrieve my paperwork from Alexis and I asked her if she hung up on me she said the conversation was finished. I said, normally a professional person would say goodbye before hanging up and left. In the 30 years of having my taxes prepared I’ve never waited a week with no communication. For these reasons why rated them too, and I would not use them again.
Perhaps I would have had a better experience if I was given the appointment with David Doherty himself. My experience was not good.

Very professional and polite staff. I had Chad do my taxes and was very pleased with the timely manner they were prepared as well as my refund amount. I would highly recommend them.

I done my taxes here for over 25 years and they've always taken care of me and I never and I never had any tax problems they are good at what they do that's why Im still with with them I understand they're very patient understanding and very helpful with any tax problems

Taxes are stressful. Go to David Dougherty. It has been the last 12 years that David has taken the stress off this high strung Person.

Go to his Summer-haven offices where it’s calm and serene. He is just off Enterprise Road in Debary Fl. Easy and accessible from I4. Exit 108

I am neither a rich client nor a BIG business person (as referenced in the one poor review of David's office) and have been thoroughly satisfied with this office's services. From personal communication to prompt and excellent tax preparations, nothing but positive outcomes from David and his staff.
