I have had 3 cnc routers from this company. I still have 2 currently in operation. As far as the equipment, it is 5 star quality. One of my current routers went through a fire, was refurbished, and is still in operation. A testament to their durability. I have even allowed them to send potential customers who were closer to me than them to my shop where i proudly discussed the equipment with them to help with their decsion to buy. HOWEVER, lately customer service has been lacking. So I give that part 1 star. I have tried to contact them multiple times to resolve the issues I am having, however, I never receive a return call. Over a year ago now I have needed parts. I have sent pictures of the parts, the data plates, and all other information to a rep in parts, and that rep still could not understand what I needed despite having pictures of something they built, and I still do not have the parts. I called just a week ago, and still no response back. Seems there are some internal struggles when it comes to their customer service. I hope they resolve these issues, if they do, they would be an all around 5 star company.

Fantastic experience with our first purchase from CLN! McKenzie and his team did an amazing job building our new router. They went above and beyond to configure it so that it would work with the space constraints in our shop and met the agreed-upon timeline for production. The training after delivery was exceptional. Tim walked our team through everything in a very clear and thorough manner making sure to answer all questions, and we feel very confident in our ability to immediately put this machine to work in our busy shop. Keep up the great work!

These guys are top notch and always are helpful when it comes to any issues or questions that you need answered or resolved. We have one of their HS-25 CNC router tables and it is a solid CNC table. It even outperforms our old multicam unit! The price to performance is unmatched! We will definitely be looking at CLN of South Florida in the
future for any more of our CNC needs!

I recently worked with Jon to fabricate a custom part, and could not be happier with the results and the speed in which my product was complete! I had submitted the specifications to him and had a CAD proof that evening, with the product manufactured and sent out the next day! The knowledge and professionalism of their staff is impressive and one you don't find anymore in customer service. I highly recommend their services and product line.

Just purchased my hs25 a few weeks ago and had a small issue 1 day ago and Jason was the go too guy that made sure that I got what I needed and came to my facility the same day just to make sure we could rectify the issue and get production going again. Other companies would have taken weeks to schedule you in.
Jason is your CNC guy and he goes above and beyond to make sure all is good. Thank you Jason!
