Been here 7 times. 6 out of the 7 times I've spent over 4 hours here to be unloaded. Never able to get appointments in a timely manner. Prepare to wait if you are delivering freight here, that have no sense of urgency.

Phones don't answer for security,Very crowded,very busy,no room to park and get your load together before hitting road .Do that on Apron side of highway..
Hurried, rushed..
Providence RI,,way better experience.. just saying
Needs improvement on process.

It is the slowest place I've every been to get unloaded. It's 2017 who only has one unload dock. 3 hour minimum.
