I contacted this company to get some information about the mil tax levy on my property. I was given their information by the assessor office. I just had a couple of questions, and I left them a message, 5 days ago. I still have not received a phone call back, and I don't think I ever will, given the reviews that they've got not just on Google but other platforms, as well.

Apparently, I have no choice but to deal with this company. If you have a choice, I would recommend that you deal with another company. Good luck.

Have had a streetlight out since before the subdivision was finished and it still hasn’t been fixed even after being reported. Keep getting notices about the neighbors cars being parked on the street, sorry I don’t control where they park and I can’t tell them not to park in front of my home. When it snows there is no snow removal taking place so the streets turn into solid sheets of ice. Their quick to hit you when you have a few weeds but they don’t want to take care of any of the safety issues around the subdivision…

Communication is lacking when it comes to working with them on management of our metro district. The lights at our neighborhood park have been out since October. I have reached out multiple times about this. My most recent email has gone without response for a week and counting. Previous communications take just as long. I have called and left voicemails and IF I receive a call back, it also takes weeks.

Our website is not updated. No information on upcoming meetings.

Something as simple as having the lights working in our park should not take this long nor should this much of my time be spent on following up.
