This is the worst accounting firm I have ever experienced. I don’t even know where to begin. They agreed to help me with an IRS issue and I paid $500 for a letter to be written. I kept receiving letter from the IRS stating they received no such letter. FOR TWO YEARS C&L Advisors ran me around, passing me around to different people who would never email me back, never call me back, or offer solutions that they wouldn’t follow through with. Eventually, they told me they had no record of my payment for the letter (two years later) and I would have to pay them to refile my taxes and pay them hourly to do so and told me this could take a long time. So basically they want to suck more of my money dry for doing a job I’m pretty sure I can get H&R Block to do in less than a couple of hours. Best thing that happened was I found out the form that needs to be filed and what needs to be done and I’m not dumb enough to allow them to charge me their $750 and hour to do something a monkey can do. Do yourself a favor, do not use this company. Liars and cheats.
