Very helpful and knowledgeable, I was in and out within 30min. You need to have cash on hand or credit card paid in full same day you go in place order. Should receive letterman jacket within 3 weeks.
Another thing is don't follow the maps it send you in back alley employee parking lot. So go straight off main street it will be on right hand side . If coming out of alley, make left and another left and you'll see the front entrance .

My little sister had a horrible experience with a lady that attended Santa Ana High school this passed Saturday June 8th. My little sister went in to order her customized jacket and the lady questioned her three times regarding if she can afford to pay the jacket.

If u know what u want and placement and how the process works then ur prob going to be fine. If not and u just think u can walk in and get info good luck. They are super rude. For what u pay u would think it would be the opposite.i get it as there isn't any competition locally so whatever. I chose to walk out and get one made in San Dimas . Saved a few hundred but prob spent it in time and gas. End of the day I'm glad I didn't support this place even tho they made mine in hs.

Great service, great turn around. I got the jacket within 2.5 months. I placed my order at the end of September and picked it up 2weeks into December. They asked for 50% of the cost of the jacket upfront then the remainder balance when it was picked up. They do give you an option to make small amount of payments so it helps alleviate the remainder of the balance.
