Christine brings all the creative and spiritual energy of Sedona to our coaching sessions (even though I am in California) while also having great breadth and depth of life experience to share as I work through my life challenges.

In our sessions, I feel heard, understood, and that I have the encouragement I need to try new things. I enjoy when she brings creative and fun ideas for me to try at our sessions such as EFT tapping and guided imagery. She often has ideas to share of what others have tried in situations similar to mine. This helps me get outside of my mental "box" and see more options to choose from.

When I started working with Christine, my health issues were holding me down at 60% functioning and I felt like it was still declining.

As a result of our coaching sessions, I had the courage to shift away from my job of almost 20 years that was not fulfilling, and am now growing my new business! She is helping me relax into that process and enjoy the ride.

With Christine's experience working with couples, she also helped me set necessary boundaries and grow my marriage in new, more supportive, directions over the last 9 months. As a result, I was able to recommit to my marriage at our anniversary in Nov. I feel very relieved about this.

Today, my health is back up at 90% and that means the world to me.
