James is very professional and saved my computer. He was on time and kept it until it ran perfectly. He also gave me several tips on how to surf safely.. We went there to get my computer screen replaced as well as to buy a computer for my little brother
We wasted over 200$, he only took the computer we bought back but voided the warranty on the new screen because he claimed me opening the computer with most of my hand on the back of the top and only thumb on the screen was carelessness. Tl:Dr, we got scammed, do not go here you'd be better off burning your money.
