I receive cold calls from numerous real estate companies and quickly dismiss them. I was about to do the same with CCG but listened to their pitch which was pretty original. After talking they gave me a number twice as large as other firms as an expected sales price so i agreed to list with them telling them if that number was no met I would not sell. Their marketing generated a lot of interest and the property ended up selling for about 3 time3s what other RE brokers had estimated. Quite happy and fully recommend Joseph Silva.

I have mainly worked with Joseph Silva, and I can only say that he is PHENOMENAL.
He helped me sell an investment property on the Central Coast of CA, that did not go as well as expected, and his advise, expertise and professional demeanor made this headache disappear. After this adventure, which taught me a lot, I trusted him to sell a couple rental properties for me in the valley. These homes were older, and started to accumulate repair costs. Joseph was outstanding in the entire process. He knew that I was in the middle of my busy-season with barely any time left to deal with any real estate related issues. I completely trusted him, and he sold both homes for more than we thought we would actually receive. Once a week, on the weekend, we would have a phone conversation where he updated me on everything. In between he would send me texts with updates. Clear and concise communication every single time.
He was upbeat and positive at all times, which very much aligns with my way of living and outlook on life. We couldn't do anything but win with this attitude, and his amazing skills, knowledge and relationships as a realtor. I am happy that I felt so comfortable to leave it all up to him, when I didn't have time to deal with anything myself. Joseph and his team will be my go-to guys in the future. He was beyond helpful, and definitely made things happen.

Sick and tired of these real estate idiots calling me when I am on the "Do Not Call" list. If they are able to get my number from public records, they are able to run my number against the do not call list. Receiving this call tells me they do not pay attention to detail and are LAZY. For this reason I would not recommend using them.

Aurmon and his team were so compassionate and willing to go above and beyond to help me sell my Mothers house. She was sick with cancer and eventually would pass away all while trying to sell her home. I can’t thank them enough for all their dedication to help me navigate losing my mom & selling her home.
