I purchased an investment property in Delray Beach, only to find out shortly after closing that the association fees were set to skyrocket; it was not a good investment. I strongly believe the realtor @DavidMallachi and their broker who had multiple listings in the same community were aware of this but chose not to disclose it. When I confronted agent he said he had left brokerage because of their “ways”. This lack of transparency and integrity cost me thousands. If you value honesty and ethical representation, look elsewhere.
